RETURN POLICY PROCESSING

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return your order for a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. The item(s) returned must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaged for the return to be accepted.

Please note that the courier cost will be for your own account when returning packages.

RETURNS PROCESS

Please send an e-mail to info@bosiskos.co.za with your complaint and/or exchange request.

After receiving confirmation of your return/exchange please return your parcel to the address that will be provided to you and ensure that you enclose your name, surname and telephone number.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in Our sole discretion.

DELIVERY POLICY

Once you have placed and pay for your order, your order should be delivered between 3-7 business days after the courier service has collected from us but please bear in mind we no longer have control over the delivery period once they have collected it. Deliveries could be delayed due to various reasons. In these instances, BosIsKos will not be liable for any consequential loss.
